            April, 4          The  Supreme  Council  by  296  votes  made
            2006              amendments  to  the  Law  “About  deputy’s
                              status  of  local  councils”  in  the  part  of
                              cancellation of their privilege.
            May, 10           The  UNO  General  Assembly  by  secret  vote
            2006              included Ukraine into the structure of the new
                              UNO organ – The Council of Human Rights
                              (47 countries were chosen out of 63).
            June, 22          After  three-month  discussions  a  new
            2006              parliamentary  coalition  was  formed,  which
                              included  BYT,  “Our  Ukraine”  and  the  SPU.
                              Y. Tymoshenko said, " We are about to start
                              fight for democratic Ukraine, for our right to
                              be proud of our country".
            July, 6           O. Moroz, the SPU leader,  was elected the
            2006              Chairman  of  the  Supreme  Council.    His
                              candidature was supported by opposition and
                              the SPU – 238 votes. BYT and “Our Ukraine”
                              refused to take part in voting and accused O.
                              Moroz in treason.
            July, 11          The  Chairman  of  the  Supreme  Council  O.
            2006              Moroz     announced       about     coalition
                              dissolution  of  democratic     forces  and
                              formation of the antirecessionary coalition. It
                              consisted  of  the  Party  of  Regions,  the  CPU
                              and  the  SPU  (in  all,  238  deputies).  Y.
                              Tymoshenko,  BYT  leader,  declared  that  the
                              antirecessionary  coalition  was  “politically,
                              legally, geopolitically and morally illegitimate
                              as the president obtained the right to dissolve
                              parliament. If the head of the state doe not act
