without the conclusion of an employment contract (contract).

6.2 Causes of the Accident, Acute Occupational Disease
(Poisoning), Emergency

 Technical
1) structural defects, imperfections, insufficient reliability of the means of
production;
2) design flaws, imperfections, insufficient reliability of vehicles;
3) the poor design or lack of design documentation for construction,
reconstruction of production facilities, buildings, structures, engineering
communications, equipment, equipment, etc.;
4) the poor performance of construction work;
5) the imperfection of technological process, its non-compliance with safety
requirements;
6) unsatisfactory technical condition, including:
- industrial sites, buildings, structures, utilities, territory;
- means of production;
- transport vehicles (automobile, water, rail, air);
- mobile means of work and technological vehicles;
7) the unsatisfactory condition of the production environment (exceeding
the maximum permissible level of hazardous and harmful production factors);
8) mismatch of collective and individual protection means (PPE) to the
established requirements and their insufficiency;
9) non-compliance of non-food products with established requirements;
10) other technical reasons.

 Organizational
1) poor functioning, imperfection or lack of a safety management system;
2) failure to comply with the requirements of the legislation on occupational
safety during the execution of works of high risk and / or operation (application) of
high-risk equipment, for which a corresponding permit was issued;
3) violation of the technological process;
4) violation of safety requirements during the operation of equipment,
equipment, machines, mechanisms, etc.;
5) violation of safety requirements during the operation of public transport
(road, water, rail, air);
6) breach of safety requirements while operating mobile vehicles and process
vehicles;
7) Disadvantages of learning to perform work safely, including:
- absence or poor quality of occupational safety training;
