means, as well as a verification of the acquired skills of safe working methods by the
person conducting the training.

In case of unsatisfactory results of the knowledge and skills test for the safe

performance of the work after the initial, repeated or unscheduled briefings within
10 days, additional briefings and retesting of knowledge are carried out.

In case of unsatisfactory results of the knowledge test after the targeted
briefing, the permission to perform the work is not granted. Retesting is not allowed.

The list of professions and positions of employees who are exempted from the
repeated briefing is approved by the employer.
This list may include employees whose participation in the production process
is not related to the direct servicing of objects, machines, mechanisms, equipment;
using tools and instruments, storing or processing raw materials, etc.
