The repeated briefing shall be carried out within the time limits specified by
the normative legal acts on occupational safety, or by the employer (a natural person
who employs hired labor), taking into account specific working conditions, but not
less frequently:
- at high-risk works - once every 3 months;
- for other works - once every 6 months.
4) The Unscheduled briefing is conducted with employees in the workplace or
the occupational safety office:
upon the introduction of new or revised labor safety regulations, as well as
the introduction of changes and additions to them;
when changing technological process, replacement or modernization of
equipment, instruments and tools, raw materials, materials and other factors
affecting the state of labor protection;
in case of violations by employees of the requirements of normative legal
acts on labor protection, which led to injuries, accidents, fires, etc .;
in case of a break in the work of the employee for more than 30 calendar
days - for works of high risk, and for other works - more than 60 days.
The unscheduled briefing with students, students, cadets is carried out during
labor and vocational training in violation of their requirements of normative - legal
acts on occupational safety, which may lead or have led to injuries, accidents, fires,
etc.
The unscheduled briefing can be conducted individually with an individual
employee or with a group of employees in one specialty. The number of questions
and content of an unscheduled briefing is determined on a case-by-case basis,
depending on the reasons and circumstances that led to its need.
5) The Targeted briefing is conducted with employees:
- in the event of an accident or disaster;
- when carrying out works for which a permit-to-work, the order is issued in
accordance with the legislation.
The targeted briefing is conducted individually with an individual employee or
with a group of employees. The scope and content of the targeted briefing are
determined by the type of work to be performed.
The primary, repeated, unscheduled and targeted briefings are conducted by
a direct work manager (head of the structural unit, master, supervisor) or an
individual who employs hired labor.
The initial, repeated, unscheduled and targeted briefings shall be completed by
a knowledge examination in the form of an oral questioning or by using technical
