               knowledge;
                      8)    poor content of work safety instructions or lack thereof
                      9)    absence in the job description the functional duties in the field of

               occupational safety;
                      10) violation of the regime of work and rest;
                      11) absence or poor quality of medical examination (professional selection);
                      12) lack of personal protective equipment;
                      13) non-use of personal protective equipment when available;
                      14) works with disabled or defective collective protection systems, alarm
               systems, ventilation, lighting or their absence, etc.;
                      15) non-application of collective protection systems (if any);
                      16) recruitment of employees not in the specialty (profession);
                      17) violations of labor and industrial discipline, including:
                      - failure to perform duties;
                      - non-compliance with the requirements of the instructions on safety;
                      18) other organizational reasons.

                     Psychophysiological
                      1)     alcoholic, narcotic, toxicological poisoning;
                      2)     alcoholic, narcotic, toxicological intoxication;
                      3)     trauma (death) as a result of the wrongful acts of others;
                      4)     low nervous and mental stability;
                      5)     poor physical data or health;
                      6)     poor psychological climate in the team;
                      7)     erroneous actions due to employee fatigue because of excessive
               workload and intensity;
                      8)     monotony of labour;
                      9)     inconsistency of the psychophysiological or anthropometric data of the
               employee with the used equipment or work performed;
                      10)    personal negligence of the victim (in the absence of technical and
               organizational reasons, the impact of harmful or dangerous production factors,
               violations of the requirements of legislative and regulatory acts and instructions, etc.);
                      11)    other psychophysiological reasons.


                     Technogenic, natural, environmental and social
                      1)     release of hazardous chemical, radioactive, biological substances;
                      2)     contact with representatives of wildlife;
                      3)     natural disasters (meteorological, topological and tectonic disasters -
               earthquake, landslide, villages, snow avalanches, flood, hurricane, subsidence, and
               landslide, etc.);
                      4)     hydrometeorological phenomena (frost, ice, ice, blizzard, heavy wind,
               hail, heat, fog, rain, lightning, etc.);
                      5)     social conflict (strike, declared and unannounced war, terrorist act,
               blockade, revolution, rebellion, insurrection, mass riots, public demonstration,
               unlawful acts of third parties, etc.);
                      6)     other reasons.
