regulations at the expense of the employer.
Special training in occupational safety may be conducted either directly at the
enterprise or by any other entity entitled to undertake such training.
5.2 Training and Examination of Knowledge on the O ccupational
Safety of Officials
Officials whose activities are related to the organization of safe work, when
hiring and periodically, every three years, receive training (in accordance with the
Model Topic Plan and Training Program for Occupational Safety), as well as audits
knowledge on labor protection with the participation of representatives of state
bodies. supervision and trade unions.
Unscheduled training and examination of knowledge of officials, as well as
specialists in labor protection, are conducted:
1) When transferring the employee (official) to another job or assigning him
to another position, which requires additional knowledge on occupational safety;
2) If a company has a group accident (occupational poisoning) or a fatal
incident - officials, including occupational safety specialists, undergo extraordinary
training and assessment of occupational safety knowledge within a month, provided
by an investigation commission established the fact that they violate the
requirements of legal acts on labor protection.
5.3 Organization of Briefings on O ccupational Safety
Employees, when hiring and periodically during work, must undergo training
at the enterprise: on occupational safety; on the provision of first aid assistance to
victims of accidents; on rules of conduct and actions in the event of emergencies,
fires, and natural disasters.
Occupational safety briefings are divided into:
Introductory;
Initial;
Repeated;
Unscheduled;
Targeted.
1) The purpose of Introductory briefing is to clarify the importance of
industrial and labor discipline, to familiarize yourself with the nature of future work,
with the general requirements of safety at work, with the rules of internal labor
regulations, with the requirements for the organization of workplace.
