                       A blog is a type of online diary that companies can  use to keep

               customers up to date with their business. It is a good idea to use coupon

               sites or location based marketing tools.


                       Companies  should  also  optimize  company  website  for  mobile

               devices  and  develop  or  use  mobile  applications.  Company  websites

               should also be able to manage online customer reviews and feedback.
