               mobile phone numbers. It can be a costly and inconvenient nuisance to


               your business. Under the Spam laws of many countries, it is illegal to send

               unsolicited  commercial  electronic  messages.  There  are  three  specific

               points that every business must adhere to in order to ensure their business

               keeps within the law.




                          Consent – Company must have consent to send messages to its

               contacts

                          Identify – Company must include clear and accurate information

               about its business, including who is sending the message and how they

               can be contacted


                          Unsubscribe – Company must include an 'unsubscribe' facility to

               allow recipients to opt out of receiving your messages.



                       ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS


                       There  is  no  legal  difference  between  electronic  and  other

               transactions (e.g. paying for something with cash). This means the same

               laws  apply  to  the  transactions  made  on  company  website  as  the  ones

               customers  might  make  at  the  physical  shop.  Before  starting  online


               business,  companies  should  make  sure  they  are  familiar  with  various

               country  laws  associated  with  transactions.  In  general,  these  laws  are

               referred  to  as  Fair  Trading  Acts  and  Electronic  Transaction  Acts.

               According to these laws, electronic or digital signatures can take the place

               of  a  handwritten  signature,  contracts  can  be  made  electronically,  and
