3)  the number of Cossack register army was
                              increased up to 40 thousand;
                              4)  all  members of the uprising were granted
                              an amnesty;
                              5)  Metropolitan  of  Kyiv  was  to  become  a
                              member of the Senate;
                              6)  the  issue  of  the  church  union  liquidation
                              and  returning  of  the  seized  property  to  the
                              Orthodox Church was to be settled at the next
                              seim;
                              7)  Jesuits  did  not  have  the  right  to  live  and
                              organize  their  schools  in  Kyiv  and  other
                              cities, Jews were forbidden to come there but
                              for "trade activities”;
                              8)  at  the  same  time  szlachta  mode  of  life
                              preserved  on  the  Cossack  territory  (szlachta
                              were  coming  back  to  their  estates)  with  the
                              only  difference:  king  was  to  appoint  only
                              Polish Orthodox  men  including voivodes   to
                              hold all administrative posts (Adam Kysil’, an
                              Orthodox  magnate,  was  appointed  Kyivan
                              voivode);
                              9)  peasants  and  lower  middle  class  citizens
                              were to carry out pre-war duties, etc.
                              Zboriv   treaty   initiated   formation   of
                              Ukrainian  Cossack  state,  which  covered
                              nearly  200  thous.  km?  and  was  divided  into
                              16 regiments subdivided in their turn into 272
                              sotnias (Cossack squadrons).
            Autumn 1650       The campaign of Cossack and Tatar armies
                              against  Moldaviya,  resulting  in  the  promise
                              given  by  Vasyl’  Lupul,  the  head  of
                              Moldaviya,  not  to  support  Polish-Lithuanian
