Secretary Yal de Hoop Seffer the letter with
the proposition of Ukraine’s joining The
Plan of actions of membership in North-
Atlantic alliance. The hope was expressed to
get a positive response during the next
summit Ukraine-NATO in Bucharest in April
2008.
