QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM (QCS)

                       A quality control system is used to measure and control the quality.


               Quality  control  software  can  be  used  to  identify  and  predict  product

               defects and problems with the company’s process.



                       SALES FORCE AUTOMATION (SFA)

                       Sales  Force  Automation  is  part  of  part  of  a  company's  customer


               relationship  management  (CRM)  system.  SFA  automatically  records

               information in all the stages in a sales process. SFA is accomplished using

               specialized  software.  SFA  Software  provides  mobile  sales  persons

               electronic  tools  to  manage  various  aspects  of  sales,  e.g.  contact

               management, meeting schedule, manage product information, etc.




                       MARKETING INFORMATION SYSTEM

                       A  marketing  information  system  assists  in  marketing  decision

               making. This information system serves as a central information system


               for various tasks of the marketing department such as marketing research,

               consumer behavior monitoring, etc.

               SYSTEM

                       CIM system manages day to day interaction with customer such as

               telephone calls, e-mails, web interactions, web interactions, and instant

               messages.
