Special guarantees include legal:
- system of current legislation;

- activity of constitutional justice;
- activity of judicial bodies;
- activity of law enforcement and control and supervisory bodies.

5.4. The concept of legal awareness and legal culture.

Consciousness – is a set of ideas about the world caused by the
level of development of society. Moral and ethical, political, legal,
aesthetic, religious, scientific, philosophical consciousness are

distinguished among types of public consciousness.
Law consciousness is a collection of ideas and feelings, views
and emotions, assessments and attitudes that express the attitude of

people to the valid and desirable right.
Consciousness according to the depth of reflection of legal
reality is divided into: everyday – mass representations, the mood of

people about the law, arising under the influence of life experience;
professional – a sense of conviction of traditions, forming in the
lawyers on the basis of legal practice; scientific – ideas, concepts,
expressing the theoretical mastery of law.

Consciousness is divided according to the subjects who are the
bearers of this sense of justice: an individual – a set of legal views,
feelings, sentiments and beliefs of a particular individual; group –

reflects the attitude to the law, its assessment of social groups; social –
expresses the attitude to the right of all society.
Legal culture is a qualitative legal status of the individual and
society, which includes all the positive components of legal activity, it

is closely linked with and based on the legal awareness.
Legal culture is wider than legal awareness, because it includes
not only its psychological and ideological elements, but also legally

significant behaviour. Depending on the bearer of the legal culture,
there is the legal culture of the individual – the knowledge and
understanding law by the individual, as well as his/her actions in

accordance with it and the legal culture of society – the level of legal
