awareness and legal activity of society, the degree of progressiveness
of the current legal norms and legal activity.

5.5. The legal education as a means of forming the legal
                  awareness and legal culture.

The constant impact on people and society in order to form a
legal culture is called legal education. Legal education is the most
important means of forming a legal sense and legal culture.
The subjects of legal education are institutions of the state and

civil society institutions: family, labour collectives, citizens'
associations, educational institutions, mass media, politicians,
                  teachers, journalists.

Legal education is a study, which consists in the transfer,
accumulation and mastering of legal knowledge in the kindergarten,
school, and higher educational institution. This form is most effective

since it provides the individual with a certain system of legal
                  knowledge.
Legal education through legal advocacy is the dissemination of

legal ideas and legal requirements among the population through mass
communication. Such a form of legal education attracts the attention
because if wide possibilities – it is available to virtually unlimited
                  number of individuals.

Legal practice contributes to the transfer of legal information,
knowledge through the participation of people in the legal process.
Legal actions carried out by the individual independently contribute to

the consolidation of his/her knowledge of law and the finding of legal
                  skills and abilities.
An important form of legal education is self-education
associated with personal experience, self-education, own analysis of

legal phenomena. None of the forms of legal education can be
effective without self-education. Only own efforts and the acquisition
of legal knowledge, considerations about legal reality contribute to the

development of a true legal culture of the individual.
