ways of formation of law. The concept of law and its sign. Signs of

legal law. Functions of the right. Interconnection of the functions of
law and state. Sources of law and their varieties.
The notion of "rule of law" and its characteristic features. The

history of the development of the states that existed on the territory of
modern Ukraine. Legal monuments of Ukraine IX - XX centuries.

TOPIC 2. Constitutional Law of Ukraine.
Constitutional law as the leading branch of the law of Ukraine.
The subject of legal regulation of constitutional law. Concepts and

forms of exercise of national sovereignty. Constitutional rights,
freedoms and duties of a person and a citizen. Relationship of
constitutional law with other branches of the law of Ukraine.
The Constitutional System of Ukraine. The notion of "state
