freedoms of a person and a citizen.
Forms and methods of teaching in the discipline "Science of
Law"
The study of the discipline "Science of Law" is carried out by
mastering the basic knowledge, basic questions and problems during
lectures, practical classes, independent work and completing the final
score.
The students' primary focus is on independent work with sources
of law in Ukraine - the Constitution and the current legislation of our
state. When studying theoretical issues in discipline, students should
use the recommended literature and regulatory framework.
Practical classes are designed to provide deeper mastery of the
material, the ability to implement the provisions of the law in specific
life situations. In this regard, each lesson includes consideration of
theoretical issues and the solution of practical problems, which
formulate the students understanding of the process of implementing
legal norms in practice.
Solving practical problems is a form of verification of theoretical
knowledge of students, their improvement and consolidation.
Responses to the task should be sufficiently substantiated, that is, to
include a reference to the current legislation.
For the effectiveness of independent work students systematized
and listed a list of recommended sources.
