             – Sergey Borisovych today as the Chairman delegate said that he was going to talk about the station of
      basis in my country. How do you look about it?
             – Well obviously for obvious reasons I was not present at that meeting because obviously Russia  is not
      member  of  the  conical,  is  not  member  of  NATO  and  essentially  this  is  a    question  of  us  German  -  NATO
      relations will  be perfect to comment to it.  I can  just say one thing that  it is  my personal point of view the
      presents of the stationing of tactical nuclear weapons in Europe in conditions of circumstances which pertain us

               –    Sergii Borysovych you have shed lights essentially on the Russian view of events in Uzbekistan. As
      far as I can understand they are shared by your partners in NATO. Can you tell us how far your views actually
      coincide that is your views and that of Russian government?
