Fire broke out at Pro Stitch Inc. at 276 Hemlock St., shortly after 4
                            a.m. July 29.
                            The fire spread to Rastall Nut and Bolt Co., an adjacent building at
                            268 Hemlock, causing extensive damage to the structure.
                            Several other residences in the area sustained minor damage.
                            Rastall  spokesperson,  Mari-Helen  Rastall  Primeau  was  relieved
                            after hearing an arrest had been made.
                            “We want this to be over with”, said Rastall Primeau.
                            “It’s been terrible for everyone in the West End”.
                            A couple of days after the fire, the mining supply company was up
                            and running again at temporary quarters at 95 Pacific Ave. near the
                            Tim Hortons on Lorne Street.
                            The Rastall family plans to rebuild at the original location where
                            they’d been doing business since 1981.
                            Some $2-million worth of inventory had to be replaced.
                            Items like precision nuts and bolts couldn’t be sold after being in
                            the intense heat of a fire.
