Corrective work - the prosecution of property that continues. It is
applied for a period of from 15 days to two months with a job at the
place of constant work of the offender and with the deduction up to 20
percent of his income in the income of the state.
Deprivation of special rights is a restriction of the legal
personality of a citizen in an administrative procedure for
administrative misconduct. This measure applies to those subjective
rights that were previously granted to the entity by the state
management bodies. If a citizen misuse the right granted to him, the
state administration temporarily deprives him of this right. Such a
penalty is provided for a gross or systematic violation of the law of
use, the right to drive vehicles and the right to hunt.
Confiscation of an object which became an instrument of
commission or a direct object of an administrative offense consists in

Administrative arrest. This measure of liability has been
established for the administration of law enforcement, which,
according to the degree of public security, is approaching crimes. It is
the most severe of all types of administrative penalties. Therefore, the
arrest is used in exceptional cases for certain types of administrative
offenses.
An administrative arrest is imposed only by a court for up to 15
days. It does not apply to pregnant women, women with children
under 12 years of age, persons under the age of 18 years, invalids of
groups 1 and 2, as well as servicemen called for a meeting of military
personnel, persons of ordinary and commanding staff Organs of

Disciplinary liability is applied for violation of labour,
educational, service, military discipline. Workers and employees who
have violated labour discipline are involved in the disciplinary
responsibility of the administration of the institution or organization.
