married or being on a "wanted" list), and also events (family
                  relationships). Legal personality depends on these or other legal
                  statuses of a person (his/her age, nationality, etc.).
                         The emergence (change or termination) of legal relationships

                  often requires not only a legal fact, but a combination of several such
                  facts that can be related to different classification groups. Such a
                  combination is called a legal composition. Thus, for obtaining the

                  right to old-age pension it is required: achievement of a certain age
                  (event), the presence of the established work experience (state) and
                  the decision of the authorized state body (legal act). To register a
                  person as a candidate for deputy, it is necessary: the nomination of

                  his/her candidacy in accordance with the statutory procedure; the
                  presence of a confirmatory document; the presence of a fixed number
                  of citizens’ signatures in support of nomination, written consent of

                  this person, a decision of the authorized electoral commission.

                         4.2. Composition and types of offenses.

                         The offense is different from lawful conduct and activity by the

                  following features:
                          - it is a social hazardous or harmful act;
                          - it is an unlawful act (action or inaction);
                          - it is a guilty unlawful act;

                          - it is a legal criminal act;
                         - the existence of a causal link between the unlawful acts and
                  consequences.

                         An offense is a socially dangerous or harmful, unlawful, guilty
                  act of a delict capable subject (an individual or a legal entity), which
                  is provided by the laws in force and is subject to legal liability.
                         All offenses are socially dangerous or harmful because they are

                  directed against subjective rights and freedoms of a person, a legal
                  entity, a state or a society as a whole. By violating someone's natural
                  or legal rights, the offender damages to people, nature, the state, or

                  organizations. The damage could be different: material, moral; it is
                  especially notable when encroachments on life or human health, on
                  state security, etc., are made. In this regard, criminal offenses are the

                  most dangerous among all offenses.
