2.2. Constitutional order and constitutional (state and
territorial) system of Ukraine.

The constitutional system of Ukraine is a system of social

relations, provided and guaranteed by the Constitution and laws
adopted on its basis and in accordance with it.
According to its essence, the constitutional order is a certain type

of constitutional-legal relations, determined by the level of
development of society, state and law.
According to its content, the constitutional order mediates
primarily the state and social order, the constitutional status of a

person and a citizen, the system of direct democracy, the organization
of state power and local self-government, the territorial structure, the
foundations of national security and other important institutions of

constitutional and legal relations in Ukraine, envisaged and
guaranteed by the Constitution.
According to the form, the constitutional order is a system of

basic organizational and legal forms of social relations, envisaged by
the Constitution, that is, the main types of state organization and
activities, society and other subjects of constitutional and legal

relations.
The existing constitutional system of Ukraine, stipulated by the
Constitution, is characterized by a number of principles, consolidated
in Section I, in particular, sovereignty, democracy, humanism, reality,

systemacy, scientific validity, historicism, programmatic character,
and security.
Humanism of the constitutional order is to secure and guarantee

by the Constitution such order, which is based on real and
comprehensive respect for an individual, a person, and a citizen, to
ensure the rights and freedoms of a person, and to guarantee them.
Humanism of the constitutional order also appears in the national,

economic, social, cultural and ecological policies of the state,
consolidated in the Constitution.
The constitutional order of Ukraine is characterized by the

existence of a certain system of guarantees of constitutional order. The
Ukrainian state protects the constitutional order and ensures its
stability. This institute of constitutional law has a special level of
