                         IT Director calls Edward to inform him on the progress of the project.
                         IT Director: Hi Edward.
                         Edward: Nice to hear you, partner.
                         IT Director: I'm calling to inform you that our project is going according to plan.
                         Edward: O.K. Go on.
                         IT Director: There are certain obstacles but we have done about 90% of the work. We
                  stumbled on a couple of technical difficulties we had not foreseen. We have to use a different
                  approach to get the result we need.
                         Edward: Sorry, I did not catch the last sentence.
                         IT Director: We have to try a different approach. We are working on this problem right
                  now. I know we will find a solution. We are a little behind schedule because of this glitch
                  (утруднення). We need 2 or 3 more weeks to finish the work, but we will try to catch up and
                  finish the work on time. My team is working very hard. We will find a solution and you should
                  not worry about anything.
                         Edward: Thank you very much for informing me. You know that this project is very
                  important for us. I am relying on you. Please keep me informed.
                         IT  Director:  Everything  is  under  control.  You  don't  have  to  worry  about  anything.
