                                  The  difference  between  common  words  and  newly  created
                            terms  is  that  the  meaning  of  the  term  is  usually  more  precise.
                            Firstly,  the  term  reflects  (on  average)  more  number  of  features.
                            Secondly,  it  reflects  the  more  essential  features  of  the  concept:
                            thirdly, it reflects the relationship with other relevant concepts of
                            the professional field.
                                  Nomination  basing  on  the  similarity  between  features
                            (external  features  or  functions).  Often  the  object  that  must  be
                            named  has  characteristics  that  immediately  stick  out:  shape,
                            structure, size, color and so on. If there is an object that has similar
                            features with the scientific phenomenon or concept the linguistic
                            form of this object is used for creating a term nomination of the
                            scientific phenomenon. For example,  in aeronautical  engineering
                            there is the term horn. It denotes the final outer part of the wheel
