statements of Russian officials it is
underlined that the issue “zero variant” has
been closed, meaning that Russia has no
debt liability to Ukraine.
February, 7 The second round of elections (the repeated
2010 voting) took place. V. Yanukovych won, he
got 48.95% (12 481 266 voters). His
opponent Y. Tymoshenko got 45.47%
(11 593 357 voters). 4.36% (1 113 055
voters) did not support any of the candidates.
The Central Electoral Commission on
