gas price being higher than 330 dollars, the
discount would make 100 dollars. Ukraine,
in its turn, extended the term of the Russian
Black Sea Fleet location on the territory of
Ukraine (the city of Sevastopil) for another
25 years, by 2042.
April, 27 The Supreme Council of Ukraine, despite
2010 mass protests of opposition, approved the
Law “About ratification of agreement of
Ukraine and Russia regarding location of the
Russian Black Sea Fleet on the territory of
Ukraine” and adopted the state budget of
Ukraine for 2010.
April, 28 In Parliament Assembly of European Council
2010 (PAEC) the draft report concerning
famishment. It took place on the background
of V. Yanukovych’s statement that it would
be unfair and incorrect to recognize
Famishment of 20-30-es as genocide against
Ukrainians. The PAEC document says about
recognition of Famishment of 1932-33 not
only on the territory of Ukraine, but also in
Russia and Byelorussia, Kazakhstan as a
crime of Stalin’s regime. The contribution of
