We should differentiate between main groups of methods of
predicting: - methods of extrapolation, that are based on the empiric
fixed law; methods of modeling and analogy, which are based on the

model experience and information (computer) modeling historical
analogy, which includes historic factors accompanying the future; logic

methods of predicting, that are introduced in the form of the
“theoretically limited defined limits” and the scenario of the possible
future, which is closely connected with the essence and perspectives of
the scientific and technical progress and global problems of modernity.
