then he/she believes in own strength, calm, but failures at school lead to the
appearance, and sometimes to consolidation of a sense of inferiority, disbelief in
strength, despair, loss of interest in learning. When feeling inferiority, the child

seems to be returning to the family again; family serves as protection if parents try
to help the child overcome the difficulties in learning.

In adolescence (5 stage) a central form of identity is formed. Rapid
physiological growth, puberty, anxiety about how he/she looks to others, a need to
find a vocation, discover abilities – these are the challenges faced by a teenager.
These are the demands for self-determination from an adolescent set out by

society. A teenager successfully creates an integral form of his identity, finds his
"I," recognizes himself from others. In the opposite case, there is a diffusion of
identity. If a person finds himself, then identification is facilitated.

At the 6 stage (youth) a person starts actual search for the companion of
life, close cooperation with people, strengthening of connections with a social
group. A person is not afraid of depersonalization – he/she confuses the identity
with other people. There is a feeling of closeness, unity, cooperation, intimacy with

                  certain people.

The 7 (central) stage is an adult stage of personality development. Positive
symptoms of this stage are the following: a person invests in his/her favorite work
and caring for children, is satisfied with him/herself and his/her life. If there are no
objects of love (no favorite work, family, children), then a person is devastated,
there is stagnation, backwardness, psychological and physiological regress.

After 50 years (8 stage) there is the formation of a complete form of
identity based on the entire path of personality development. Man rethinks all his
life, realizes his "I" in spiritual reflections on the years spent.
