Azerbaijani. The rig team established the first local Driller Trainee
position in 2010 which turned out to be a success. Trainee positions
have become part of the standard setup of nationalising higher
positions and are an important means of reaching our internal target of
having 85% Azerbaijani employees on Heydar Aliyev in 2018.
