              Although the  IC  may  be  conveniently used to determine the
         velocity  of any  point  in a body, it  generally  does  not have zero
         acceleration  and therefore  it  should not  be  used for finding the
         accelerations of points in a body.
              The velocity of a point on a body which is subjected to general
         plane  motion can  be determined with  reference to  its instantaneous
         center of  zero velocity provided the location of the  IC  is first
         established using one of the three methods described above.
