subtext and popular science one. With his own scientific subtext, his terminology,
                  systematic in the description of oil and gas information, logic, and evidence are

                  native to him; with popular science - accessibility, saturation with illustrative
                  material. The genres of scientific and educational subcategories include: a manual,

                  a lecture, a seminar paper, an answer to an exam, and so on.
                         The following types of oil and gas texts can be distinguished:

                         - monograph;

                         - magazine article;

                         - review;

                         - textbook (tutorial);

                         - lecture;

                         - report;

                         - informational message (what happened at the conference, symposium,

                  congress);

                         - oral speech (at a conference, symposium, etc.)

                         - dissertation;

                         - oil and gas report.

                         These genres belong to the original ones, wich the author created for the first

                  time.

                         Secondary texts, that is, texts that are compiled on the basis of existing ones,

                  include:

                         - precis;

                         - abstract;

                         - compendium;

                         - theses;

                         - annotation.

                         During the preparation of secondary texts, there is a collapse of information

                  to reduce the volume of text. The genres of educational-scientific subculture

                  include lectures, seminars speeches, precis, abstract reports.
