4.7 Finding of parameters of empirical formulas
In the experimental study of the functional dependence of
one quantity y on quantity x, a series of measurements of
values y at different values of x is conducted . Results can also
be represented as a table or graphically

Data, obtained during research, usually is shown on the
graph right away. This allows not only to monitor the progress
of the process, but also directly control measuring. So, if one or
more points are sharply deviated from the general curve on the
graph, then the experiment should be repeated for them.
Significant role has choice of scale and grid which can be
even and uneven. Uneven grid is very demonstrative, especially
when the function is complex.
Empirical formula is picked according to obtained
