uninterrupted supply of troops with fuel and technical facilities. Officers and junior

                  experts  of  the  Service  have  to  master  perfectly  their  profession  and  skilfully

                  perform  their immediate  duties  in  reception, storage, issue  and  transportation  of

                  fuel  and  lubricants,  inspection  of  their  qualitative  state  and  their  skilful  and

                  economic consumption.


                         3. The Chief of the Regiment's Fuel Service is a direct chief of the personnel

                  of  Regiment's  Fuel  Service  both  in  peace  and  wartime.  He  is  responsible  for:

                  regiment's supply with fuel, lubricants, special liquids and technical facilities, their

                  perfect storage and consumption, keeping precaution measures in their handling,

                  combat and mobilization readiness of the Fuel Service, education of subordinates,

                  and military discipline.


                         4. The Chief of the Regiment's Fuel Service is obliged:


                  -  to  participate  in  working  out  the  plan  of  combat  training  and  education  of

                     subordinates  and  mobilization  plan  of  the  regiment  and  to  organize  their

                     performance in accordance with his profession;

                  -  to  conduct  lessons  with  officers,  praporshchyks  and  machine  drivers  of  the

                     Regiment;


                  -  to know professional, political and moral qualities of the personnel;


                  -  to  demand  and  obtain  and  receive  fuel,  lubricants,  special  liquids  technical

                     facilities and consumption material according to prescribed standard as well as

                     to supply regimental units with them;


                  - to organize the perfect employment to technical facilities, the work for reception,

                     storage and issue of fuel, lubricants, special liquids as well as the work of filling

                     points;


                  - to make timely maintenance of technical facilities of the Service;

                  - to organize collection and delivery of used oils;


                  -  to  control  consumption  of  fuel  and  lubricants  and  hold  arrangements  for  their

                     economical consumption in the regimental units;
