minority, etc. Often, it is difficult to understand the meaning of the scientific
arguments of the author due to the many words, the complex design of long

sentences. Experienced reviewer will immediately feel where the work is
performed on his own, and where - built on a solid compilation. In the latter case,

often said in the first paragraph contradicts the presentation of the material in the
following. Such cases have to be encountered in cases - with the analysis of too

complicated design and long sentences. Such works are often written on the

principle of "what is not clear, the more scientific". A tracking (in scientific texts)

of the order and frequency of the use of special terminology deserves a special

attention. It is important to make sure that at the first use of a given term an

explanation is given, his etymology or source of borrowing is indicated. Scientific

publications, like no other, require careful preparation of the components of its

service department. They are known to have a preface, an introductory article,

notes and comments, a system of pointers, a bibliographic description. As for the

latter, it requires the author to double attention. An error has been made in the

reference to the author's surname, year of release of the source in the world,

therefore, parts or pages greatly reduces the quality of the publication. It has long

been considered a gross mistake by the editor and publisher in the scientific

community, which most often uses this type of literature. In addition, it should be

remembered that it is desirable to make a complete bibliographic description in

scientific publications, rather than a shortened version of it, as some individual

                  scientific publishers began to practice.
