external shape of the pump resembles a reel of ignition and is a
combined unit of electric motor of direct current and a pump
itself. The electric motor and the pump are mounted in one
sealed housing. Peculiarity of this design is that gasoline
washes all the details of the internal cavity of the electric
motor: anchor, collector, brush, stator. Both in the internal and
external pumps fuel flows not only through the pump, but also
by the electric motor. Gasoline is pumped through the electric
motor, while cooling it. Such an implementation does not
conceal the danger of ignition, since liquid fuel pumped
through the pump does not contain air and can not ignite.
Consider the structure of the centrifugal roller pump. The
roller rotary pump differs from the rotary shovel by the fact that
rollers are inserted instead of the blades in the grooves of the
rotor. The latter is due to the desire to replace the slipping of
the blades by stator rolling. For the petrol pump, this is
especially important due to the lack of gasoline lubrication.
The centrifugal roller pump consists of a stationary stator,
the inner surface of which is shifted by 1.5 mm in relation to
the axis of an electric motor's anchor, a cylindrical separator
connected to the anchor of the electric motor and rollers located
in the grooves of the separator. The pump is located in the
space between the support and the lid. Gasoline through the
union and groove in the support enters the segment space,
between the inner surface of the support and the separator,
which is formed at the expense of their eccentricity and when
rotation of the separator is carried by the rollers in a narrower
space and through the output channels - into the cavity of the
electric motor and then through the valve and the fitting in
benzomagistral. The petrol pump has two valves, a safety and
return valve. A safety valve connecting the cavity of injection
and suction, serves to limit the fuel pressure above the
permissible norm. The check valve serves to exclude the
