Technical services agreement performance of the work:
Seller shall perform all work which is manifestly necessary to
carry out the intention of this Agreement; in accordance with
generally accepted practices and standards and to all statutes, rules,
regulations applicable to the Project.
Seller acknowledges that it has examined the site of the Work
and assumes all risks in connection with the conditions at the site and
all matters, which may affect the performance and completion of the
Work. Seller shall have complete professional, management and
technical responsibility for the validity, accuracy and reliability of the
on site services performed hereunder.
