link between these two units it economises the space. Though
travelling block is applied within working area, working people
should be isolated from a possible contact.

                             Hoisting system equipment

Crownblock’ and travelling block’s equipment is applied in
different ways to ensure certain requirements accomplishment.
Main factors taken into consideration during equipment: travelling
block should hang and move directly to avoid boring technicians’
damage danger, plus additional rope lines are adjusted while
           borehole being in progress.

                                    Sheave block

Boring head and travelling block sheaves, as usually made of
high-quality steel, rotate with the help of bearings of great
diameter and with antifriction coating. Generally shaft sustains
sheaves and bearings operation. To reduce exploitation, blocks are
equipped with lubrication systems, and lubricant reaches each
bearing separately through special shaft’s openings.
Crownblock and travelling system block must be
periodically greased but it depends from maintenance and
exploitation conditions. Sometimes one cycle can become a
nominal period in case of round-trip functioning. Though etching
is necessary for ropes, you should control and check the sheaves
           groove amortisation on both blocks.

                                      Wirerope

A wire rope is one of the most versatile tools, used in oil
industry. Considering different operations, we may notice that
there are very few operations where wire rope shouldn’t be
applied. Considering oil wells drilling fact, one may say that at
