                         Task 2.12 The overall risk of death during drilling is 0,008, and the risk of
                  death  during  the  performance  of  tripping  process  (drilling  tool  round  trip
                  operation)  is  0,002.  Determine  the  risk  of  death  of  workers  in  the  process  of
                  implementation other operations during drilling.
                         Task  2.13  Determine  the  optimal  expenses  on  occupational  safety  and
                  improving technical systems, and determine the minimal risk value of appearance
                  of hazardous situation in a process of drilling work, accordance to this expenses.
