STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE ACCURACY OF
PROCESSING
BATCH OF RECOVERED PARTS
8.1 The goal of the work. The purpose of the work is to
study the causes that cause errors in the machined parts and to
get acquainted with the method of statistical analysis of the
accuracy of parts processing.
8.2 Knowledge and skills. In the course of laboratory
work, the student must be able to determine the characteristics
of the causes of the lack of knowledge, to know the theoretical
information about the errors and the method of processing the
statistical data, to measure the size of the batch of parts in the
amount of 50 pieces, to process the results of measurements
and to construct the curves of actual and normal distribution.
8.3 General Terms and Conditions. Due to well-
functioning production, there are cases when suddenly there is
a lack. But the marriage is not constant, but selective, for
example, five good details, one is not good. If the defect has
arisen in providing precision through trial passes and
measurements, then all claims, above all, to the machine tool
operator. He is obliged to control each parameter in detail and
to avoid defect. It's completely different - if it's a method of
automatically getting sizes. For this method, the machine tool

detail, with which the debugging and sub-setup is obligatory to

be an increase in the influence of such factors: inaccuracy of
the machine; deformation of the system machine-device-tool-
