3.      Ukrainian parliament has one chamber.
                4.      The Verkhovna Rada adopts the State Budget and controls
          its execution.
                5.      The President of Ukraine is elected directly by the voters
          for a term of five years with no more than two full terms.
                6.      The  Verkhovna  Rada  elects  the  Chairman  from  its
          membership.
                7.      No one can discharge him from his office.
                8.      The  Constitutional  Court  of  Ukraine  resolves  issues  on
          their correspondence to the Constitution.
                9.      Regular sessions  of the  Verkhovna Rada are commenced
          each  year  on  the  first  Tuesday  of  February  and  on  the  first Tuesday  of
          September.
