This approach is due to the fact that there are legally defined edges of the
editor's intervention in the message. However, the analysis of messages only for

the analysis itself is not needed. It is conducted only for the sole purpose: if the
message contains a deviation from the norms - they should be corrected. And here

it becomes a minor one who makes these corrections - whether the editor himself
or the author on the proposal of the editor. Therefore, we believe that the issuance

of correction procedures beyond the scope of editing has no compelling reasons.

In addition, they indicate that editing is a creative process. Recognizing the

small number of such processes in editing, we list them as creative editing.

Normative editing, which is about 80% of all operations, is a non-creative process,

that is, one that can be taught by mastering a certain set of rules and procedures for

                  manipulating them.

Over the years, from century to century, from the time to time, language

styles are changing. A number of terms and words come out of use and new ones

arise, and those that are left change their meaning. Therefore, the styles of the

Ukrainian language at the present stage are different from the styles of previous

years. One wise philosopher said: "Speak, that I may see you." "The statement for

centuries does not lose its relevance. After all, from what lexical means the speaker

has intonation, the pronunciation, as it serves gestures, emotions - the level of his

education and culture depends. The ability to speak a word is a great skill.

It's no secret that texts that have to work with the editor are not always

written at the proper level. And, unfortunately, some of the flaws are badly picked

up words. For example, in their texts, authors often use Russian words in the

Ukrainian version or vice versa, that is, they are calculating them. Enrich their

language with vernacular, territorial dialects, neglect the pronunciation, and

sometimes they do it deliberately, they say, for a better effect, but the reverse is

achieved. Often, one can see in the texts how the linguistic and grammatical

structure of words is violated through linguistic incompetence.

The language of the text should be impeccable, simple, understandable to a

                  wide range of  readers.  Avoid  foreign  words if there are  Ukrainian counterparts;
