                         І. INTRODUCTION

                         T: Hello!  How are you? Let's do some speech exercises:

                         Task 1. Tongue twisters:
                                                             Три кролики
                                                              На роликах.
                                                             Не кролики -
                                                               королики!
                                                         Чи ж зможе і корова
                                                        Купить кролячі ролики
                                                       І стать як кролик-ролер?
                                                                  ***
                                                          Бубоніла діду баба:
                                                      - Ой не дмухай на кульбабу,
                                                       Бо з кульбаби полетять
                                                       Сто малих кульбабенят.
                           В горішнику горішенька горішками обвішана. Оришка і Тимішко обтрушують
                                                               горішки.
                                  Ой був собі коточок, украв солі клубочок та й сховався в куточок.
                           Бук бундючивсь перед дубом, тряс над дубом бурим чубом. Дуб пригнув до чуба
                                                       бука. Буде букові наука.

                         II. MAIN PART

                         Task 2 Work in pairs. You are expected to speak for about four minutes. Discuss the
                  following problems:
                         1) Do feelings and emotions help people in their lives?
                         2) Can you think of the situation when feelings and emotions may be dangerous?
                         3) is it possible to control one’s feelings and emotions? How?
                         4)  Would  you  be  better  if  people  got  rid  of  feelings  and  emotions  and  lived  only
                  according to the common sense?
                         5) Would you like to be always cool and in control? Why or why not? What might be
                  the consequences of that?
