On basis of data from table 11.1 it is possible to generalize the

technical characteristics for the whole series (row) of the downhole
pressure gage DPGNS-2 (МГН-2):

the range of pressure measuring is from 10 to 100 MPa;

the maximum temperature is 100 or 160 С;
the pressure gage error is ± 0.25 or ± 0.4 % of the upper limit of the

measurement;

the recording length on pressure is 50 ± 5 mm (45 ± 5 mm);
the recording length on time is 120 ± 5 mm;
sizes: the length is from 1500 до 1800 mm (the length with the

loading element and thermometer part is up to 2300 mm), the diameter
is 32 − 36 mm;
the mass is not bigger than 10 kg (without the loading element).

The helix downhole pressure gage DPGT-1 (МГТ-1). The

helix downhole pressure gage DPGT-1 (МГТ-1) is applied for
control of the pressure on the bottom hole of the wells into which
hot water or moisten steam is pumped under the temperature up to

350 – 400 С. The measured pressure is transmitted to the helix string
hollow through the screen filter. The main feature of the downhole
pressure gage DPGT-1 (МГТ-1) is the absence of the clockwork
drive in the recording part of the device. In this downhole pressure

gage the loads are used instead of it. These loads by means of rack,
locking device and clamp dog at the sharp braking or jerk of the
device by a wire (cable) move downwards under their own momenta.

Thus the pressure measured at the moment of jerk of the device is

recorded on the blank. It is possible to record 10 − 15 magnitudes of
the pressure in arbitrarily chosen moments of time during the device

operation.

Downhole pressure gages DPGFT-1M (МГИ-1М) and

DPGFT-3 (МГИ-3). Helix downhole pressure gages DPGFT-1M
(МГИ-1М) and DPGFT-3 (МГИ-3) are applied for recording
pressures at well testing by means of the pipe formation testers. In

these devices recording the pressure change starts only after the
formation tester reaches the necessary depth. Comparatively with
downhole pressure gage DPGNS-2 (МГН-2) there are many
structural changes in downhole pressure gages DPGFT-1M (МГИ-
