downhole lubricator (lubricator) on the wire of diameter 1.8 – 2 mm
by means of drawworks. Reaching the necessary depth the flowing
sampler is kept at this depth with open valves for 15 − 20 minutes to
provide the accordance of oil in it to the formation conditions (for
thermostatting the oil sample and displacing the oil sample which
entered the downhole sampler before) and after this the sampler is
lifted up to the surface. While raising the sampler up, the pressure
difference growing on the valves helps to increase the reliability of
hermetization of the oil sample taken out of the well.

10.4 Procedure
10.4.1 Study the classification of downhole samplers by the way
of the inlet chamber filling up and by the way of control of valves
operation and study the field of application of the samplers of different
types.
10.4.2 Under the supervision of the teacher disassemble and
assemble downhole sampler BS-3M (ПД-3М). Study its structure.
Draw the principle chart of downhole sampler BS-3M (ПД-3М) (fig.
10.1). Study the structures of other downhole samplers by means of
the posters.

sampling.
