seeker’s World Wide Web site or can be submitted to a commercial
database service that functions as an electronic employment agency.
Electronic résumés are used to facilitate the screening of
applicants. One significant difference of these résumés is the
abundant use of nouns that are used as key words or descriptors
(which can number as many as fifty).
