5 LIST OF QUESTIONS FOR CREDIT

                         Final control is carried out with the aim of evaluating the results
                  of studies at individual completed stages of the educational process or

                  at a certain educational "qualification level". One form of such control
                  is a semester deposit.
                         Semester credit (hereinafter - credit) is a form of final control of

                  a  separate  discipline  for  the  semester,  aimed  at  verifying  students'
                  acquisition  of  theoretical  and  practical  material.  A  score  from  the
                  discipline  "Jurisprudence"  is  carried out  in  writing  and provides  for
                  the obligatory protection of the work performed in order to ensure the

                  maximum objectivity in assessing the level of knowledge.
                         Only  those  students  who  wrote  and  successfully  defended  the
                  colloquium, as well as have a positive assessment of the results of the

                  study  during  the  semester,  are  admitted.  The  account  is  assessed  in
                  accordance  with  the  requirements  for  conducting  tests  and
                  examinations  at  the  university,  as  well  as  the  "Regulations  on  the

                  rating system IFNTUNG". The maximum score is 100 points.

                         The list of questions on the discipline "Science of Law":

                         1.  What  is  a  state?  Specify  the  main  causes  of  the  state  and
                  briefly describe them.
                         2. Name the theory of the origin of the state and indicate their
                  main provisions.

                         3. What are the main features of the mechanism (apparatus) of
                  the state you are aware of?
                         4. Describe the concept of "power"  and analyse its constituent

                  elements.
                         5. What are public authorities?
                         6.  Describe  the  functions  of  the  state.  What  criteria  do  they
                  share?

                         7. Analyse the main areas of civil society formation in Ukraine.
                         8.  Name  the  laws  and  ways  of  forming  the  right.  Analyse  the
                  basic features of the law and define the concept.

                         9. Describe the signs of the law.
                         10.  What  are  the  functions  of  the  right?  What  is  their
                  interconnection with the functions of the state?

                         11. What are the sources of law? Name them varieties.
